Kim Nelson earned her B.S. in Information and Library Services in 2015 from the University of Maine at Augusta. She has worked in public libraries in both adult and youth services. She has created storytime programs for preschoolers. She taught in a private school at both the high school and elementary levels. She created the school library and literary guild for high school students. She has also worked in childcare and taken numerous child development and child literature classes. She worked for years in a local bookstore and is an avid reader.
Marcus Hill, a native of Little Rock, Arkansas, is a real estate trailblazer whose portfolio spans nearly 20 years in real estate appraisal, property management, developments, loan origination, and real estate investments. The founder and CEO of a Real Estate Appraisal company, as well as a former Valuation Analyst for a Fortune 100 company (and one of the top mortgage providers in the country), Hill has been connected to many of the largest financial institutions in the country, including Bank of America and Wells Fargo in his Appraiser career.
