The 6th Annual Kids Red Carpet Book Tour & Literacy Festival

2026 BGBB KRC

A Celebration of Holistic Literacy

The Kids Red Carpet Book Tour & Literacy Festival is a family-friendly celebration of holistic literacy that brings reading to life through storytelling, interactive learning, and community engagement.

Our mission is simple but powerful:
To reduce childhood illiteracy while building confidence, character, and a lifelong love of learning.

We believe literacy goes beyond reading words on a page. Literacy is about understanding the world, building life skills, and connecting learning to everyday experiences. This festival is designed to connect literacy to life.

What Makes This Festival Unique?

This isn’t just a book event; it’s an immersive experience where children learn through:

  • 📖 Storytelling

  • 🎤 Interactive performances

  • 🎨 Hands-on activities

  • 🧠 Multi-sensory learning

  • 🤝 Community connection

We create opportunities for children to engage visually, audibly, kinesthetically, and digitally — ensuring every type of learner is included and empowered.

Thank You to Our 2026 Sponsors

The Kids Red Carpet Book Tour & Literacy Festival would not be possible without the generous support of our sponsors and community partners.

Your investment helps us reduce childhood illiteracy, build confidence, and create meaningful literacy experiences for children and families throughout our community.

Because of you, we are growing readers through story, play, and discovery.

2026 Strategic Focus

After hosting in multiple cities over the past five years, the 6th Annual Tour is implementing a strategic market-focus model. By concentrating resources in one host city, we are elevating the production experience, strengthening local partnerships, and maximizing measurable literacy impact.

This refined approach allows for deeper community engagement, enhanced sponsor visibility, and stronger long-term sustainability.
